Short, because the site collects almost nothing.
No accounts, no advertising, no cookies
There is no sign-up, no advertising network and no cross-site tracker on this site, and it sets no cookies. Nothing you select is sent anywhere to be profiled.
Analytics, and exactly what it can see
This site may load Umami, a cookieless analytics tool, to count how it is used. It records page views and four interactions: opening the subscribe box, copying a calendar feed link, clicking through to a ticket seller, and using the artist search.
What it deliberately cannot see is what you chose. Events carry counts and categories only, never the artists you picked, never the place you typed, never your coordinates and never your feed URL. That restriction is enforced in code and pinned by a test, not just promised here.
What is stored, and where
Your artist selection, your chosen location and your date range are kept in your own browser using local storage. They never leave your device except as part of the search you asked for. Clearing your browser data removes them.
What the server sees
Ordinary web server logs, meaning the pages requested and the usual technical details a server receives. If you press "Use my location", your coordinates are used to filter the calendar for that request and are not stored.
Third parties
- Place lookups are proxied through OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service.
- Ticket links take you to the ticketing company, such as Ticketmaster, Skiddle or Songkick, where their own privacy policy applies.
- The site is hosted on Render.
Calendar subscriptions
A calendar feed URL contains the artists and filters you chose, so treat it as you would any private link. Subscribing means your calendar app requests that URL periodically.
